摘要
基于稠油井抽油泵柱塞下行困难、抽油杆柱下部受压屈曲变形、管杆偏磨严重等问题,研制了环阀顶置式中空泵。该泵在常规抽油泵的上部设计环阀结构,通过环阀的坐封和启封来实现泵的吸液和排液,实现了过泵加重的目的。本文研究了中空泵的坐封性能和启封能力,试制了型号为CYBΦ44×5抽油泵样机,完成了该泵部件及整体结构的密封性及漏失量测试。试验结果表明:泵阀开启良好,整泵工作正常,说明环阀顶置式中空泵的结构设计合理,可满足使用要求。
Hollow pump with top mounting ring shaped valve was designed because of subsurface pump' s pis- ton down going difficuhly, the lower part of sucker rod deforming by pressure, and in order to overcoming eccentric wear of sucker rod and tubing as well. The ring shaped valve that was located in the upper part of normal subsurface pump could complete suction and flowing back by seating sealing and unsealing, at the same time it could realize loading heavy weight by passing through pump. The performance of sealing and unsealing of hollow pump was analyzed, and the prototype with CYB Ф44 × 5 type was prepared. The sealing performance and leakage of whose hollow pump all parts and whole structure were tested. The test results showed that the hollow pump with top mounting ring shaped valve had reasonable design and could meet operating requirements completely.
