摘要
基于三维设计软件Pro/E建立水冷倾动齿轮箱模型,通过机械动力学仿真软件ADAMS建立虚拟样机,模拟样机在正常倾动和偏载时轮齿啮合力变化。研究得出,倾动状态时,扇形齿轮和与之啮合的小齿轮啮合力最大,蜗杆上部小齿轮与大齿轮啮合时存在较大的震动冲击,而在偏载时,一侧轮齿的啮合力会增大,但溜槽保持正常的倾动速度。
Aiming to simulate the change of engaging force of virtual prototype build by mechanical dynamics simulation software of ADAMS when it works in normal and unbalance loading, the model of water-cooled tilting is established based on the 3d design softsore of Pro/E. By means of ADAMS, the maximum engaging force occur in the sector gear and the small gear meshed with it, and there is some violent vibration impact between the small located in the upper of the worm and the big gear. The one side of meshing force increased when apply unbalance loading, but the chute keep the normal tilting velocity.
