焊装大型配电房专用翻转机构的仿真分析

摘要 焊装大型配电房专用翻转机构通过液压驱动装置推动翻转支架,使固定在翻转支架上的待焊工件处于焊接最佳位置,改善焊接质量。建立并简化大型配电房翻转焊装机构模型,利用ADAMS做机构运动过程仿真,导入ANSYS Workbench对机构整体和固定座、铰链、液压翻转支架等重要零部件进行有限元分析,计算出各零部件的应力、应变。为该翻转机构的优化设计提供了理论依据。 The turnover mechanism for welding large power distribution room push the turning bracket through a hydraulic driving device. It made the workpiece which fixed on the bracket located in the best welding position to improve the welding quality. This paper established and simplified the turnover welding mechanism model, and using ADAMS to simulate motion process, and finite element analyzed mechanism whole body and holder, hinge, hydraulic turning support, etc. and obtained the stress and strain of the important parts. The calculation results provide theoretical basis for optimal designing of the turnover mechanism.
