基于FMECA的活塞生产线可靠性研究

摘要 针对活塞生产线设备较多、功能复杂,难以实施可靠性分析的问题,将活塞生产线划分为多个功能子系统,并以各功能子系统为研究对象,采用FMECA方法分析获得各功能子系统中危害度比较大的故障模式,并提出相应的改进建议和措施,从而为活塞生产线的可靠性改进设计提供依据。 To solve the issue that reliability analysis is difficult to implement because the pistion production line is composedof many devices with complicated function,the piston production line is divided into several function subsystems,and thentheir reliability is analyzed respectively by using the FMECA method in order to find the failure modes which have serious criti-cality. The corresponding improvement suggestions and measures are put forward. Thus it would provide foundations for the re-liability design and improvement of piston production line.
