油气润滑ECT系统的软场效应与成像精度分析

摘要 运用COMSOL和MATLAB对油气润滑系统水平管道环状流和中心流流型的ECT系统做了联合仿真,求解分析了软场效应,以及软场效应对图像成像精度的影响。结果表明:检测电极在远离介质突变层时,灵敏度场的值变化相对较小;检测电极在靠近介质突变层时,灵敏度场的值变化相对较大,且灵敏度场值在管道激励边缘远大于中心处。两相中心流的成像相对误差大于层流及环状流型,为提高成像精度需考虑软场效应。 A joint simulation for the ECT system to detect both the annular flow pattern and the center flow pattern in horizon-tal oil-air lubrication pipes is made by using the MATLAB and the COMSOL software,the soft field effect and its influence onimaging precision are derived and analyzed in this paper. Results show that the value of sensitivity field has relatively smallchange when the detection electrode is far away from the medium mutation;however,the value of sensitivity filed changes ob-viously when the detection electrode is close to the medium mutation,and the sensitivity field value on the edge of the pipe in-centives is greater than that of the center. The imaging relative error of two phase center flow pattern is greater than the laminarflow and the annular flow pattern. In addition,the soft effect should be considered in order to improve the imaging precisionwhen the ECT system is designed.
