摘要
为了实现导叶持环高效率粗加工,采用了优合理工艺设计方案与数控编程思路,优化了内腔较多且较深槽子的数控加工工艺及程序设计,并改进了内腔加工效率较低的工艺程序思路。实验结果表明,该导叶持环加工效率提升方法实现了预期目的,有效的提高了导叶持环类产品的加工效率和质量。
Aiming at realizing efficient rough machining of the guide vane carrier,the reasonable technological plan and NCprogramming ideas are adopted to optimize the numerical control maching technology and the programming for groove of the in-ner surface of the turbine’s vane carrier. The process thinking of inefficient internal maching operations is also improved. Thetest results indicate that the machining efficiency promotion method for the guide vane carrier could achieve the expected re-sult,and effectively improve the processing efficiency and quality of such products.
