Failure Analysis on Pressure Ring of Austenitic Stainless Steel of Submerged Arc Furnace

压力环是矿热炉的重要设备之一,主要采用奥氏体不锈钢板材焊接而成。压力环在使用一段时间后经常出现焊缝开裂失效,必须停炉检修,严重影响矿热炉正常生产。针对压力环的制造工艺和使用工况,对压力环的失效原因进行分析,并提出预防措施,为压力环的制造和使用维护提供指导。

Pressure ring is one of the important equipments of submerged arc furnace,which is welded by austenitic stainlesssteel sheet. Weld crack usually appear after using period of time,must to shutdown the furnace and overhaul,which affectnormal production greatly. Based on manufacturing methods and working condition of pressure ring,the causes of failure areanalyzed,in order to provide a guidance in operation and maintenance for the pressure ring.
