摘要
以小尺寸票夹为研究对象,针对其在生产过程中出现的回弹问题,根据零件尺寸、材料、生产批量的要求,对零件进行全面的工艺性分析。在模具设计过程中对回弹进行适当补偿,采取先卷圆后弯曲的弯曲工艺方案,并确定合理的模具整体结构形式,对提高冲压件的产品质量、生产效率具有重要意义和实用价值。
In this paper,the small-sized ticket clip which is widely used in office supplies market is chosen as the researchobject,aiming at the springback problem during the production process,the manufacturability of parts is comprehensively ana-lyzed according to requirements of the size,materials,and production batch of the parts. Appropriate compensation for spring-back is acquired in design process of the die,the bending process of rolling round and then bending is taken,and a reasonableform of the entire mould structure is determined. It has important meaning and reference value to improve the product qualityand the production efficiency of the stamping parts.
