摘要 座圈孔和导管孔的加工一直被视为缸盖机加工的重点和难点。以C14T缸盖进气侧座圈导管孔的加工为例,介绍了利用日本进口卧式加工中心和德国Mapal复合镗铰刀加工座圈导管孔的方式,并在原方案的基础上进行优化,通过调整加工座圈各角度余量,解决了加工不稳定导致座圈泄漏的问题,通过增加角度调整螺钉,节约了刀具成本,经生产实践表明,此方案柔性高,生产效率高,满足精度要求,具有较好的推广价值。 Machining seats and guides have been regarded as keystone and difficulty of cylinder head machining. Taking ma-chining the C14 T intake seats and guides for example,the machining methods of using Japanese horizontal CNC and GermanyMapal compound boring and reamer tool are introduced. Making an optimization based on the original proposal,the seats sealleaking problem caused by unstable machine is solved through adjusting the angle of seat,and the cost of tools is also saved byadding the angle adjusting screw. Production practice shows that the proposal is high flexible,efficient and can satisfy the re-quireed precision,thus it possesses better promotional value.
