Research on a Kind of Automatic Cleaning Device of Micro-Motor Rotor

为了实现家电产品低能耗、低噪声、振动小的高质量要求,通过反复试验研制出一种微电机转子自动清洁装置,采用继电器接触开关和PLC编程控制驱动胶纸的收、放,对转子进行360°清洁,大大提高了电机转子的清洁效率。通过实践证明,该装置对提高效率、降低成本、降低劳动强度以及对微电机制造企业具有重要意义。

In order to achieve the requirements of high-quality,low energy consumption,low noise and less vibration to thehousehold appliances,a kind of automatic cleaning device of micro-motor rotor is developed in this article,it would clean themicro-motor rotor 360 degrees with a relay contact switch and PLC programming that can control tapes in and out,so this de-vice could greatly improve the cleaning efficiency. Practice has proved that it is significant for manufacturers using this deviceto improve efficiency,reduce costs and reduce labor intensity.
