摘要
为了降低油和油脂对抛丸工艺产生的不利影响,采用了在抛丸中使用矿物形式的弹丸添加剂,其在进出抛丸工艺中波动相当高,而且矿物磨料的破碎速度很快,能够快速的作为粉尘从工艺中清除。实现了弹丸介质中油脂的积聚降低,从而实现抛丸过程中油和油脂的减少。试验结果表明,使用合适矿物形式的添加剂,在经济上节约了人力成本,省去清洁步骤而缩短生产周期,且不需要初期投资。
In order to reduce the adverse effects of oil and grease on the blasting process,projectile additives in the form ofminerals are used in the shot blasting,the fluctuation is quite high in and out of the blasting process,and the mineral abra-sives broken quickly thus it can quickly remove dust from the process. The oil accumulation in the medium of projectile can bereduced,thereby reducing oil and grease in the blasting process. Test results show that the use of appropriate mineral forms ofadditives would save labor costs in the economy so as to eliminate the cleaning step and shorten the production cycle,and itdoes not require the initial investment.
