摘要
介绍了高精度轴承座深孔的精密磨削加工方法。采用迭代加工工艺路线,加工中以零件外圆、内孔互为基准,多次进行小去量的磨削加工,逐步提高工件的基准精度,完成高精度表面加工。结合机床结构特点设计了组合式工装,解决了零件外形直径尺寸超出卡盘夹持范围的问题。通过加工验证,该工艺方法可以满足高精度内孔的加工要求,可为类似零件的加工提供借鉴。
A high-precision internal grinding process scheme was proposed for deep hole of shaft bearing in this paper. In or-der to increase the product precision during grinding process,a multiple-grinding method with small amount of grinding depthwas carried out by using the surface of internal hole and outer cylinder as the mutual reference. A combined-fixture was alsodesigned since the diameter size of part has exceeded the chuck capacity. The measuring results prove that the scheme has sta-ble results and reference for the machining of bearing with high precision.
