摘要 运用力传感器、自动滤波,计算机技术研究开发了汽车轮毂的动平衡检测系统,实现了生产线上汽车轮毂残余不平衡量的在线检测。重点设计了不平衡量的检测系统,利用Visual Basic软件将虚拟仪器技术将数字信号处理技术、动平衡技术结合起来对轮毂振动信号进行数据采集、分析处理与结果显示,并形成了汽车轮毂动平衡系统。实验结果表明该测试方法可以实现自动线上汽车轮毂动平衡的检测与位置标记,具有一定的应用价值。 In this paper,the dynamic balance detection system of the automobile wheel hub is developed by using the forcesensor and the automatic filtering,thus the on-line detection of the residual unbalance of the automobile wheel hub in the pro-duction line is realized. Focus on design of the detection system for unbalanced quantity,the digital signal processing technol-ogy is combined with the dynamic balance technology by use of the Visual Basic software virtual instrument technology so as torealize the data acquisition,analysis and process,and results display of the hub vibration signals,and thus the dynamic bal-ancing system of the automobile wheel hub is come into being. The experimental results show that the test method can realizethe dynamic balance detection and location marking of automobile wheel hub in automatic line,thus it has certain applicationvalue.
