添加不同甲烷抑制剂对绵羊瘤胃发酵指标及甲烷产量的影响 被引量:6

摘要 为探究不同甲烷抑制剂对绵羊瘤胃发酵指标及甲烷产量的影响,试验选取16只体况良好,体重相近(28±1.0 kg)安装永久性瘤胃瘘管的绵羊,随机分为4组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组A、B、C组分别在基础日粮中添加延胡索酸40 mg·kg^(-1)、蒽醌20 mg·kg^(-1)和大蒜素300 mg·kg^(-1)。试验结果表明:与对照组相比,日粮中添加甲烷抑制剂对绵羊饲喂后9 h内瘤胃p H值没有显著影响(P>0.05),显著升高了大蒜素组12 h的p H值(P<0.05);添加不同甲烷抑制剂对瘤胃内氨态氮、BCP浓度具有显著影响,其中显著提高了大蒜素组的瘤胃氨氮浓度(P<0.05)和菌体蛋白的含量(P<0.05);添加三种不同甲烷抑制剂显著降低了瘤胃内甲烷产量,添加大蒜素6 h后有最为明显的效果,降低幅度最高为38.28%(P<0.05)。 To explore the effect of different inhibitors on the indexes of ruminant fermentation and methane yield, 16 healthy and same weigh (28±1.0 kg) sheep with ruminal fistula were selected and divided into 4 groups at random.Four treatments were the control fed basal diet without any additive,group A fed basal diet added with fumaric 40 mg ·kg^-1,group B with anthraquinone 20 mg·kg^-1,and group C with alliein 300 mg·kg^-1.The results showed that there was no significant effect on pH in rumen for sheep fed diet with methane inhibitors in 9 h(P〉0.05 ), but the pH of rumen increased at 12 h for sheep with allicin(P〈0.05 ).Obviously the different treatments took effect on the NH3-N,and bacterial crude protein (BCP)in rumen,espeeially allicin in diet increased the NH3-N(P〈0.05 ) and BCP(P〈0.05 ).Methane production in rumen decreased significantly to sheep fed with three inhibitors in diet, and at 6 h, allicin decreased the methane production in rumen more obvious(P〈0.05),the decrease amplitude was 38.28%.
