A Study on the Synergetic Development of Renewable Resources Industry Chain in China Based on the Top-Design Perspective

在分析我国再生资源产业链协同发展现状与困境的基础上,基于顶层设计视角初步构建了我国再生资源产业链的协同发展框架。研究表明:再生资源产业链的良性运转得益于战略性规划,运用顶层设计理论系统探讨我国再生资源产业链的协同发展,针对产业链关键问题提出相应的发展策略,对促进产业链协同发展具有重要的战略意义。

Based on analyzing the current situation and difficulties in our country＇s synergetic development of renewable resources industry chain, this paper preliminarily constructs the synergetic development framework of the renewable resources industry chain in China from the top-design perspective. The research shows that the favorable operation of renewable resources industry chain benefits from the strategic planning, using the top-design theory to explore the synergetic development of renewable resources industry chain and putting forward the corresponding operational strategies to the key problems have important strategic significance to promote the synergetic development of the industrial chain.
