长江中游城市群基本公共服务均等化的测度与特征分析

The Evaluation and Characteristics Analysis of the Basic Public Service Equalization of the Yangtze River Middle Reaches Urban Agglomerations

从教育服务、医疗卫生服务、公共文化服务、社会保障和就业服务、基础设施服务以及生态环境服务6个方面选取20个指标构建基本公共服务均等化评价体系,采用主成分分析法和变异系数法,对长江中游城市群2005年和2013年的基本公共服务均等化水平进行测度,并分析基本公共服务均等化水平与城市经济发展水平以及城市规模之间的关系,最后结合长江中游城市群基本公共服务均等化发展现状提出对策建议。

The basic public service equalization of the Yangtze River middle reaches urban agglomerations was studied from six aspects,education services, medical and health services, public cultural services, social security service, infrastructure services, and the ecological environment. A total of 20 secondary indicators from the six parts were selected to build a basic public service level evaluation system. Using principal component analysis and variation coefficient to evaluate the degree of equalization, and analyzing weather the basic public service equalization have some relations with the city＇s economic development level and urban size. Finally, related suggestions are put forward according to current situation of the development of the basic public service equalization of the Yangtze River middle reaches urban agglomerations.
