城市化进程中的生态空间共享正义——基于开放住宅小区的思考

The Sharing Justice of Ecological Space in the Process of the Urbanization:Based on the Opening Residential District

住宅小区是一种特殊的生态空间,其特殊性表现为人为性建设、资本性裹挟和独享性排他。在当代中国城市化进程中,基于自然万物作为一个有机共同体的生态哲学意涵,这种特殊的生态空间从理论上应该获得共享正义的基调。从现实层面上看,这种特殊的生态空间共享正义则应该以"开放小区"的模式展示出来,其在空间资源的稀缺性、空间权利的尊重性、空间善恶物的分配性以及空间差异的包容性等方面可获得一定的解释力。

The residential area is a special kind of ecological space, its particularity embodied in factitiousness, capital and exclusiveness. In the process of Urbanization of contemporary China, the special ecological space should be given the tone of sharing justice based on the ecological philosophical implications that the nature as an organic community. From a practical level, this sharing justice of special ecological space should be present by the pattern of ＂opening residential district＂, which can obtain certain explanatory power in the several aspects of space resource scarcity, space right respect, the distribution of the space between good and evil things and the spatial differences containment.
