生活垃圾卫生填埋场全过程安全管理分析

Whole Process Safety Management Analysis in Domestic Waste Sanitary Landfill Site

对影响生活垃圾卫生填埋场安全的填埋气体、垃圾渗沥液、垃圾填埋堆体、火灾与机械设备伤害4个因素进行概括性分析和总结,提出了填埋场的安全管理应结合安全影响因素与填埋场的选址、设计、施工、运行和封场全过程,总结了从全过程管理防范填埋场安全隐患的技术措施。

Four factors of affecting the safety of domestic waste sanitary landfill were synoptically analyzed and summarized including landfill gas, leachate, pile body of landfill, fire and mechanical equipment damage. We put forward that landfill site safety management should be combined with safety factors and landfill site selection, design, construction, operation and sealing field. The technical measures to prevent potential risk were summarized from the whole process management.
