摘要
以危险废物焚烧处置工程为例,从焚烧系统、余热利用系统、工程实例分析3个方面探讨危险废物焚烧及余热利用系统的工程原理和性能特点。结果表明:采用"回转窑+二燃室+余热锅炉"工艺,回转窑温度控制在850℃左右,危险废物在回转窑停留时间约60 min;二燃室温度>1 100℃,烟气在二燃室内停留时间>2 s;余热锅炉出口烟气温度550℃左右。在此条件下,不仅能实现危险废物的无害化、减容、减量处理,而且还可以实现余热利用。
With an example of waste incineration disposal engineering, we analyzed engineering principle and perfor- mance characteristics of hazardous waste incineration and bootstrap system from three aspects: incineration system, bootstrap sys- tem, the analysis of engineering example. The results showed adopting the "rotary kiln + second combustion chamber + waste heat boiler" process, controlling the rotary kiln temperature about 850 ℃, the residence time of hazardous waste in rotary kiln around 60 n'fin; the temperature of second combustion chamber 〉 1 100 ℃, the residence time of smoke in the combustion chamber 〉 2 s; waste heat boiler outlet flue gas temperature about 550 ℃. Under this condition, it not only can realize the hazardous waste harmless, reduction, reduction processing, but also can realize waste heat utilization.
