玉屏风散合苍耳子散治疗变应性鼻炎疗效的Meta分析

Meta-analysis:Therapeutic Efficacy of Yupingfeng San Plus Cangerzi Sanfor Allergic Rhinitis

目的:通过Meta分析的方法对中药玉屏风散合苍耳子散治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效进行评价。方法:计算机检索VIP(1989-2016)、WANFANG(1999-2016)、CNKI(1994-2016)、CAJD数据库中关于玉屏风散合苍耳子散治疗变应性鼻炎的临床随机对照试验(RCT),对符合要求的RCT进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入18篇RCT,1 932例患者符合该研究纳入标准。Meta分析结果,玉屏风散合苍耳子散+西药组比较单纯西药组的临床疗效[总效应Z=11.01,OR=4.47,95%CI(3.42,5.84),P<0.000 01]更优,不良反应更少[总效应Z=4.00,OR=0.08,95%CI(0.03-0.28),P<0.000 1],复发率[总效应Z=3.86,OR=0.44,95%CI(0.29,0.67),P=0.000 1]更低。结论:中药玉屏风散合苍耳子散+西药治疗变应性鼻炎较单用西药治疗临床疗效更优,复发率更低,不良反应更少。

Objective：To carry out a meta-analysis on the published data in order to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of Yupingfeng san plus Cangerzi San for allergic rhinitis.Methods：A comprehensive search was performed in VIP（1989-2016）,WANFANG（1999-2016）,CNKI（1994-2016）and CAJD databases to collect the randomized controlled trials（RCTs）which prescribed Yupingfeng san plus Cangerzi Sanfor allergic rhinitis,and to analyze the RCTs in meta-analysis method.Results：1 932 patients were analyzed in the 18 RCTs which met the inclusion criteria.The meta-analysis results suggested that,compared with the western medicine group,patients had better clinical effects（test for overall effect：Z=11.01,OR =4.47,95%CI（3.42,5.84）,P〈0.00001）,and less adverse reactions（Z=4.00,OR=0.08,95%CI（0.03-0.28）,P〈0.0001）,lower recurrence rate（test for overall effect：Z=3.86,OR=0.44,95%CI（0.29,0.67）,P=0.0001）in the group of Yupingfeng san plus Cangerzi San combined with western medicine.Conclusions：The traditional Chinese medicine Yupingfeng san plus Cangerzi Sancombined with western medicine treatment has a better clinical effect,lower recurrence rate and lessadverse reaction than simple western medicine treatment for allergic rhinitis.
