On the Humanistic Value-orientation of the Systematic Construction

在马克思主义唯物史观的人学中,人具有政治主体性,其社会发展的最终目标是人的全面发展,这是党的制度建设人本价值取向的依据。社会主义制度所具有的现实性、认同性和伦理性,都体现了以人为本的制度内涵。党的制度的发展,也会以不断地实现公共权力逐步向社会和公众回归、社会和人的永续发展以及最终实现人的个性的发展、自我意识的形成为价值取向。

According to the Human Study in Marxist Historical Materialism, man has political subjectivity, and the ultimate goal of man＇s social development is man＇s over-all development, which is the basis of humanistic value-orientation of systematic construction conducted by our Party. The reality, recognition and ethics contained in Socialist system present the connotation of human-orientation. To develop our Party＇s system, we will take the following aspects as value-orientation, including returning public power to the society and the public, sustainable development of both the society and individuals, realizing man＇ s individual development, and forming man＇ s self-consciousness.
