我国城乡二元结构的现状及其成因分析

Analysis on the Status-quo and Reasons of Urban-rural Dual Structure in China

我国城乡发展不均衡,城乡二元结构是建设我国城乡一体化和构建社会主义和谐社会的瓶颈。造成城乡二元结构的原因,分别是城乡行政机构差异、城乡户籍制度、农民致富渠道不足、农民传统思想根深蒂固、国家对农村文化重视不够、教育资源分配不均、政府对农民社保投入不足和城市污染企业转移等。

In China, urban and rural development is unbalanced. Urban-rural dual structure is the bottleneck restricting both the integration of urban and rural areas and the construction of Socialist harmonious society. There are several reasons leading to the status-quo, including, differences between urban and rural administrative organs, the household registration system in urban and rural areas, insufficient channels for peasants to get rich, deep root of peasants＇ traditional thoughts, the nation＇s ignorance on rural culture, unbalanced distribution of education resource, governments＇ insufficient investment on peasants＇ social insurance, the polluting enterprises transferring from urban to rural areas, and so on.
