Historical Process of the Modernization of Chinese Education and Its Enlightenment

教育现代化是社会现代化的一个重要组成部分,是一个持续发展的过程。1840年中国沦为半殖民地半封建社会后,千千万万的仁人志士就开始探索教育革新的办法,期望找到振兴中华的真理。新中国成立后,各届领导人更是不遗余力地发展教育。这些都促进了我国教育现代化的进程,也为我们进一步推进教育现代化提供了启示。

Abstract： The modernization of education is an important part of social modernization, which is a continuous process. Since semi-Colonized and semi-Feudalist society appeared in China in 1840, so many people with lofty ideals have explored new approaches to innovate education, to find out the truth to rejuvenate Chine people. When the People＇s Republic of China was founded, leaders of all generations tried to develop education. The effort made by people above not only promoted the modernization of Chinese education, but also provided some enlightenment for us to further promote the modernization of Chinese education.
