“翻转课堂”用于高职院校思政教学的可行性分析——一种基于“学生本位”的教学模式构想 被引量:5

摘要 "翻转课堂"是一种以学生为主导、以教师为辅助的教学模式。这种教学模式颠覆了传统的以教师为主导的教学模式,调动了学生学习的主动性。高职院校运用"翻转课堂"模式实施思想政治教育教学,契合"学生本位"思想,具备理论可能性;在实践过程中顺应了高职教学改革趋势,适应人才培养目标和信息技术环境,具备实践可行性。虽然该模式的运用目前存在一定困难,但却是一种以满足学生需求为核心的教学改革的探索与创新。 "Flipped Classroom" is a teaching mode which is based on students' self-control and teachers' assistance. The teaching mode overturns traditional mode in which teachers work as controllers, and thus stimulates students' enthusiasm in learning. The "Flipped Classroom" conducted in Ideological and Political Education in Senior Vocational Colleges follows the idea of "student-orientation", which shows theoretical feasibility. In practice, the teaching mode follows the trend of education reform in senior vocational colleges and adjusts to the target of talent training and IT environment, which shows practical feasibility. Although there are some difficulties for applying the mode, it is an exploration and innovation in education reform, which centers on fulfilling students' demands.
