德国"双元制"职业教育模式有完善的职业教育法律法规作支撑,企业参与职业教育程度高,对学生采用因材施教,有行业协会监管和考核。该模式给我国职业教育发展提供很好的启示:以创新市场发展机制、多元投入机制、社会用人机制及现代教育体系转换衔接机制为基础,着力于现代职业教育培养模式,通过提升职业教育的服务能力、吸引能力和通融能力来构建我国的现代职业教育体系。

Abstrac： German ＂dual system＂ vocational education mode is supported by perfect vocational education laws and regulations, the degree of enterprise participation in vocational education is high, the students are taught according to their aptitude, and it is supervised and evaluated by industry association. The mode provides good enlightenment to the development of vocational education in our country. Through innovating market development mechanism, multiple input mcchanism, social mechanism of employment and transformation mechanism of modem education, by promoting service ability, attraction ability and communication ability of vocational education it builds modem vocational education system of our country.
