高职艺术设计教育“双导师制”的创新研究

Research on Innovation of Double Tutorial System of Higher Vocational Art Design Education

基于"现代学徒制"的"双导师制"的研究工作在高职艺术教育中已经得到了多年的发展,但是在其发展的过程中,还存在着许多的问题。如何对"双导师制"进行创新,使其能够得到健康发展,是值得思考的问题。基于此,对辽宁省"现代学徒制"下高职艺术设计教育"双导师制"现状和存在的问题进行了分析,并且提出了相应的解决办法,以便能够为高职艺术设计人才培养模式的创新研究提供一些有益的参考。

Based on modem apprenticeship, the research work in double tutorial system has developed for many years in higher vocational art education, but many problems still exist in the process of its development. So it needs to consider how to innovate the double tutorial system and let it develop well. This paper mainly analyzes the present situation of double system in Liaoning province and its existing problems, puts forward the corresponding solutions, and hopes to provide some beneficial reference for the innovation of art design talents cultivation in higher vocational colleges.
