摘要
兼职教师是我国发展高职教育事业不可或缺的师资队伍,兼职教师队伍建设是保证高职教育健康发展的重要方面。目前高职院校兼职教师队伍建设管理中存在招聘工作不规范、岗前培训不到位、主体地位得不到应有尊重等问题。因此应建立科学的招聘机制,开展有效的岗前培训,建立尊重兼职教师主体地位的相关制度等,以完善高职院校的兼职教师管理。
Part-time teachers are an indispensable part of the development of higher vocational education in our country. The construction of the part-time teaching staff is an important aspect to ensure the healthy development of higher vocational education. Yet some problems exist in the management of the teaching staff. The recruitment work is not standardized, the pre-job training is not enough, and the status fails to get due respect. Therefore it should establish the scientific recruitment mechanism, carry out the effective pre-job training, and build system relevant to the status of part-time teachers so as to perfect the part-time teacher management in higher vocational colleges.
