探高职学生职业技能与职业精神全面培养模式——以高职林业技术专业为例

自2014年6月"全国职业教育工作会议"召开以来,加快发展现代职业教育已摆在了更加突出的战略位置,结合当前就业形势和高职院校的办学理念,培养和提升学生职业技能和职业精神是职业院校的重大课题,本着以职业为导向、能力为主线的教学理念,辽宁林业职业技术学院对高职林业技术专业学生的职业精神和职业技能的培养模式进行了系统的探究,提出结合学校资源和专业特色创新教学模式,走产教融合、校企合作之路,整合教学资源、创新教学模式、促发展、求提升,培养出适合林业工作岗位需要专业型人才。

Since ＂the national vocational education work conference＂, to speed up the development of modem vocational education has the more prominent strategic position, combined with the current employment situation and the school-running idea of higher vocational colleges, to cultivate and improve students＇ vocational skills and professional spirit is an important subject of vocational colleges. In accordance with the teaching concept of career oriented and the main line of ability, the college explores the cultivation mode of professional spirit and professional skills of forestry technology, it suggests integration of production and teaching and college-enterprise cooperation, integrating teaching resources, innovating teaching mode, and cultivating professional talents for forestry jobs.
