摘要 在沥青路面和水泥路面结构设计中,均需要将不同类型车辆的实际轴载换算为标准轴载,并计算其在设计年限内的累计作用次数。而当前设计中所采用的代表车型多数已经淘汰,难以准确反映现阶段交通组成和车辆轴载的实际状况。根据现行国家标准GB1589-2004《道路车辆外廓尺寸、轴荷及质量限值》的规定,提出各类型车辆的代表车型和轴载换算关系,分析了超载对于轴载换算和路面结构设计的影响,供道路设计人员参考。 In the design of asphalt pavement and concrete pavement, the actual axle loads of different types of vehicles need to be converted into equivalent axle load, and then calculation of the cumulative repetitions in the design life is conducted. Most representative vehicles used in current design have been outdated, which cannot accurately tell the current traffic composition and the actual situation of the vehicle axle loads. Based on the current national standard 'Outside dimension,axle load and quality limit of road vehicle'(GB1589-2004), this paper proposed new representative vehicle models and equivalent axle load conversions for each type of vehicles.The effects of overload on axle load conversions and pavement structure design were analyzed, which is a good reference for road designers.
