摘要
福特C346工程采用西门子S7-300PLC控制ABBIRB6700机器人点焊汽车前立柱,该工程包括硬件系统设计、软件系统设计以及触摸屏调试。在福特生产现场应用表明,该系统提高了生产效率,改善了焊接质量,加强了生产的安全性。
TFord C346 project, using SIEMENS S7-300 PLC control ABBIRB6700 robot, welds the front column of the automobile. The project includes hardware system design, software system design and debugging of touch screen.The application in the Ford production site shows that this system improves production efficiency and welding quality, and enhances the safety of production.
