摘要
以空气-水中央空调为主要研究对象,以供热锅炉为热源,通过分析冬季采暖系统各环节的能源消耗,推导出采暖系统综合能耗的机理模型。结合天津市某医院中央空调的实例得到目标函数和约束条件,借助MATLAB优化工具箱得出最优方案,并求出能耗最低值。经估算与改造前相比供暖期节电近16万度,实际运行效果与理论值在误差允许范围内,采用机理建模得到的目标函数及约束方程适用于同类中央空调系统的优化分析,具有普适性。
Taking air-water central air-conditioning as the main object of study, choosingthe boiler as the hot source, the mechanism model of total consumption for the heating systemis deducedby analyzing the energyconsumption of each part belongs to the winter heating system.Combined with the example of the central air-conditioningof a hospital in Tianjin,the objective function and constraint condition are gained, and with the help of MATLAB optimization toolbox,the optimal case is got and the minimum of energy consumption is found. It can save nearly 160,000 degree of electricity than before for the whole heating periodby estimating. The true result is similar to the theoretical value within the acceptable range of error. The objective function and constraint equation- comingfrom mechanism model are fit for all the same kinds of central air-conditioning systems' optimized analysis and have the universality.
