摘要
全球化背景下的当代艺术正表现出这样的特征:一种由同质化造成的平淡和无趣——尽管表现形式上趋近于无限,其内涵却近乎于零。这种"高级的平庸"似乎表明:当代艺术是片段的、支离破碎的、个人体验式的。然而尽管无法被纳入到传统艺术史的叙事逻辑当中,"高级的平庸"却并非当代艺术所应当呈现出来的正常状态。一方面,当代艺术标志着艺术被哲学所取代,其意义的建构应当以哲学的方式完成;另一方面,形式限定原则对于当代艺术依旧有效,当代艺术必须依赖某种形式构建起不逊于以往的艺术价值——这既是"高级的平庸"的破解之道,也为艺术史研究提供了一种有益的视角。
Contemporary art in the context of globalization is showing such features as more the forms of expression less the connotation inside. Contemporary art cannot be incorporated into the narrative logic of art history but the other method. First, in the area of contemporary art, art is replaced by philosophy and the construction of its meaning should be done in a philosophical way. In addition, contemporary art must rely on some kinds of art forms to build the value which is as good as the past. It not only is the way to break the“mediocre”, but also provides a useful perspec-tive for the study of art history.
