摘要
对大学生科技创新人物个案分析发现,大学生科技创新典型人物善于发现问题,有着强烈的质疑精神和求知欲望,他们毅力坚韧、职业规划清晰。他们成长中的家庭因素、导师引导、同伴互助以及孵化平台等对其有着重要影响。高校应把握其成长规律,营造整体合力及示范效应。
It is found in the case analysis that those typical characters in science and technology innovation of college students are good at finding issues and they are characteristics of strong challenge spirit,knowledge seeking desire,willpower perseverance and clear development career.And they are greatly influenced in their life by family factors,tutor guidance,mutual assistance from partners and incubation platform.Hence colleges and universities are supposed to make good mastery of their growth patterns for the integrated forces and demonstration effect.
