摘要
随着旅游行业的发展,高职旅游专业招生规模不断扩大,市场竞争激烈。利用企业满意度模型,结合市场调研,分析影响企业满意度的因子并进行战略分析,最后从高职院校旅游专业的人才培养方案、课程体系建设、实践操作和师资队伍等角度提出几点意见,供高职旅游院校借鉴,提高企业满意度。
With the development of the tourism industry, tourism specialty in higher vocational education enrollment expanding, market competition is intense. The enterprise satisfaction model in this paper, the combination of market research, analyzes the factors affecting the enterprise satisfaction and strategic analysis, finally, from the tourism specialty in higher vocational college talent training scheme, curriculum system, practice and teaching staff point opinion, for reference to vocational tourism colleges, improve enterprise satisfaction.
