高校章程视阈下大学生参与民主管理方法研究

Study on the Methods of College Students' Participation in Democratic Management from the Perspective of University Regulations

高校民主管理应是全方位、全透明式的管理,高校教职工的合法权益理应维护,在校学生的合法权益更需要得到保护。学生参与高校管理已成为高校管理改革与发展的一个重要议题,但无论参与形式还是方式,尚停留在维持校园稳定的阶段。为此,针对我国学生参与权的不足,分析国内外高校学生民主参与的类型和现状,可进一步揭示大学生参与民主管理具体实践的方法。

The democratic management in colleges and universities should be all round,all transparent management,and the legitimate rights and interests of the staff and workers should be maintained. The legitimate rights and interests of students in the school needs to be protected. Students＇ participation in university management has become an important issue in the reform and development of university management. However,in the form of participation or the way,it is still in the stage of maintaining the stability of the campus. To this end,in view of the deficiency of our country＇s participation right,the paper analyzes the types and current situation of democratic participation of college students at home and abroad,and can further reveal the concrete practice of College Students＇ participation in democratic management.
