How to Guide Students to Write Dissertations for Teachers in the Newly Established Local Colleges

新建地方本科院校的老师和学生第一次完成毕业论文的指导和撰写工作,虽然可以借鉴其他院校的经验,但因生源、师资能力等客观因素的限制,使得这项工作实际做起来的时候困难重重。导师们一边学习一边指导一边总结经验,而且在论文的选题、开题、撰写、修改、定稿等过程也有了一些的自己的感悟和创新,希望能给后来者以借鉴。

For the first time when the teachers in the newly established local colleges guide students to write dissertations,although the lessons from other universities could be learnt,there were still difficulties during the process due to the limited resource of faculties and abilities of students. Supervisors kept learning and summarizing while providing guidance for students.Besides,they got inspiration and innovation in the process of selecting dissertation subject,conducting dissertation,writing,modifying and finalizing,which might be used for the practice in the future.
