“五位一体”理念下高校公寓学生工作的改革与创新

The Reform and Innovation of Student Work in the Apartment in the "Five-in-One"

大学生作为学生公寓中的主体,不仅仅是受教育者的角色,更是参与者和消费者。建立健全切实可行、科学合理的管理机制,改进和加强公寓的学生管理是高等学校综合体制改革过程中的一项重要任务,需要积极探索,大胆实践,努力完善管理机制,不断提高学生公寓的管理水平。因此,我们提出了"五位一体"理念下"一站式服务"的公寓工作新模式,希望能够解决当前公寓管理工作中存在的诸多问题。

As the main body of student apartment,college students are not only the role of educators,but also the participants and consumers. It is an important task in the comprehensive system reform of colleges and universities to establish and improve a practical,scientific and reasonable management mechanism to improve and strengthen student management level in apartments. Therefore,we put forward the ＂ one- stop service＂ under the ＂ five- in- one＂ concept of a new apartment model,hoping to solve the current apartment management work in many problems.
