浅谈中国宪法实施的双轨制

On the Dual Track System of the Implementation of China's Constitution

根据相关研究和分析可知,我国实施的宪法采用的方式不是依靠审查,因而我国司法机关没有权利对立法的合宪性进行直接审查,并且,全国人大常委会也没有给出相关解释。所以,随着我国社会主义现代化建设的不断推进,国家对宪法的建立、实施有了更严格的要求,是国民生活水平不断提高的重要需求,也是我国综合国力全面提升的重要保障。

According to the related research and analysis,the implementation of the constitution is by way of not relying on the review. The judicial organs of China has no right to directly review the constitutionality of legislation and the NPC Standing Committee has not given the relevant explanation. So,with the construction of our socialist modern advancement,state building on the implementation of the constitution have more stringent requirements,which is an important requirement for the continuous improvement of living standards but also an important guarantee to enhance the comprehensive national strength of our country.
