摘要
本文从确保我国国民经济和社会发展“八五”计划和十年规划顺利实施的角度,论述了铁路需要大发展,并指出铁路的大发展需要国家政策的大力支持。
This paper points out that the Chinese railway system needs great development from the angle of ensuring the successful implementation of the 8th Five-Year Plan and the 10-Year Programme for national economic and social development and the great development of railway needs the enthusiastic support of the national policies.
