鼻内镜下经鼻手术治疗牙源性上颌骨囊肿32例临床分析

Clinical analysis of endoscopic treatment of odontogenic maxillary cyst in 32 cases

目的探讨鼻内镜下经鼻底微创手术治疗牙源性上颌窦囊肿的手术方法和临床效果。方法对32例牙源性上颌窦囊肿的患者在鼻内镜下经鼻底隆起处造口,清除囊液,拔出腔内牙齿,对不能拔出的牙齿可以保留,根尖囊肿有牙痛的患者可以行根管治疗。结果 32例手术后的患者经过随访,无复发病例,症状消失,无面部麻木者。结论经鼻内镜下鼻底微创手术造口治疗牙源性上颌窦囊肿手术简单,效果良好,患者无并发症,痛苦小,花费少,值得在临床推广。

Objective To explore the surgical method and clinical effect of endoscopic minimally invasive surgery through nasal base for odontogenic maxillary cyst.Methods 32 cases of odontogenic maxillary cyst were treated by endoscopic windowing of nasal floor,removing the cyst fluid and pulling out the cavity teeth.The teeth which can not be pulled out were retained.The patients with apical cyst and toothache were treated by root canal therapy.Results Recurrence of the cyst and facial numbness did not occur in all cases during follow-up.Conclusion Endoscopic minimally invasive fenestration operarion through nasal floor can make the operation more simple,obtain better curative effect,reduce the incidence of complications,relieve the patients＇ pain,reduce the cost of patients.It is worthy of clinical application.
