咽喉部带状疱疹的临床分析

Clinical analysis of herpes zoster in pharynx and larynx

目的探讨咽喉部带状疱疹的临床诊治特点。方法分析2013年7月至2016年7月收治的咽喉部带状疱疹患者8例,经抗病毒、营养神经、激素等药物综合治疗,症状体征消失。结果咽喉部带状疱疹及普通带状疱疹诊治原则相同。结论咽喉部带状疱疹的临床治疗应该遵循早诊断、早治疗的原则,才能减少后遗症及并发症的发生。

Purposes To discuss the clinical characteristics of diagnosis and treatment of herpes zoster in pharynx and larynx.Methods Eight cases with pharyngeal and laryngeal herpes zoster were selected.They were treated from July 2013 to July 2016.The symptoms and signs disappeared after using antiviral,neurotrophy drugs and glucocorticoids.Results There were no differences between principles of diagnosis and treatment of pharyneal and laryngeal herpes zoster and common herpes zoster.Conclusion The clinical treatment of herpes zoster in pharynx and larynx should follow the principle of early diagnosis and treatment to reduce sequelae and complications.
