Recently, hurst-foreclosing technology work has appeared some new characteristics and new problems, and we should analyse and settle them.They are as following:Leader should attache attention to this work ,supporting completely,and building the organization, and attaching importance to burst-foreclosing personnel training to stable troops ,and enlarging technical equipments, and strengthening the bursting technology exchange,and enlarging the development,and recommending advanced equipments,and raising burst-foreclosing personnel's treatment.
