摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜手术治疗残胃癌的临床疗效。方法对1例行腹腔镜残胃癌根治手术患者的临床病理资料进行回顾性分析,同时以中国知网、万方及Pub Med为检索工具检索相关文献并分析总结。结果患者顺利完成腹腔镜残胃癌根治术,未中转开腹,手术时间230 min,出血量约30 ml,术后恢复良好,无手术并发症发生,术后第8天出院;共检索筛选19篇文献,180例患者,其中12例中转开腹,8例联合其他脏器切除,22例出现术后并发症。结论腹腔镜残胃癌根治术是一种安全可行的手术方式,但其临床疗效和优势仍需大规模临床试验来进一步探究。
Objective To study the clinical effects of laparoscopic surgery in treating gastric stump carcinoma. Meth-od One patient with gastric stump cancer who underwent laparoscopic-assisted gastrectomy was retrospectively ana-lyzed, and related literature were retrieved in databases as CNKⅠ, Wanfang database and Pubmed to perform a literature review. Result The surgery was completed successfully without salvage laparotomy, with operation time being 230 min, and 30 ml of blood loss. The patient had a good recovery after surgery without any complications and then was dis-charged on the 8th day after surgery; 19 articles were screened, with 180 patients included in the analysis, in which 12 were administered with salvage laparotomy, 8 were additionally given combined multiple organs resection, and 22 had postoperative complications. Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery is a safe and feasible procedure in treating gastric stump carcinoma, though further large-scale clinical trials are demanded to validate the clinical effects.
