摘要
废弃丁羟(端羟基聚丁二烯,HTPB)推进剂属于高能危险品,且随着弹药储存、服役年限的增加,其废弃量不断增加,针对废弃丁羟推进剂安全、环保回收处理工艺的研究具有重要的军事意义。对废弃丁羟推进剂的传统处理方法、预处理技术、有效成分的回收技术等方面的研究进展进行了系统阐述,并指出废弃丁羟推进剂回收技术未来的发展方向。
The scrap HTPB (hydroxyl terminated poly butadiene) propellant belongs to the high energy dangerous goods, and with the increase of ammunition storage and service life, the amount of waste is increasing. The research of safe recycling treatment technology of waste propellants has important military significance. The scrap HTPB propellant pro- cessing method,the traditional pretreatment technology, effective component recovery technology and other aspects of the research progress were discussed in detail,and the development direction of HTPB propellant waste recycling technology in the future was pointed out.
