摘要
以不同类型碳纤维制备了纤维含量不等的碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)片材,通过对片材结构与性能进行分析发现:CFRP片材拉伸强度与模量基本符合质量混合定律的描述,表明碳纤维的力学性能在复合材料片材中得到了有效的应用,发挥了其绝大部分的有效性能。同时针对强度和模量的混合定律的线性拟合中,直线截距项的数值还较大,这说明片材制备过程中仍然存在着较大的性能损失,这也是后期工艺调试需要着重加强的。
CFRP sheets of various content of carbon fibers were prepared using different types of fibers. An analysis towards the structure and performance of sheets reflected: (1)the tensile strength and modulus of sheets followed the mix ture law, which indicated the properties of carbon fibers were effectively transferred into the CFRP sheets; (2)the linear fit- ting of the observed tensile strength and modulus with that of the calculated values based on the mixture law showed large Y-intercepts,which indicated a certain amount of performance loss existed in current preparation process and a further ex- ploration on the process was in urgent need.
