摘要
研究了kapton薄膜的力学性能、疲劳强度与温度的关系。结果表明:kapton的屈服强度和拉伸强度均随温度的升高而降低,但温度对拉伸强度的影响更为显著;kapton的弹性模量随温度升高而增大,但温度越高,弹性模量增大得越慢;20℃以下时,温度升高对kapton的延伸率没有影响,20℃以上时,延伸率随温度升高而降低;随温度升高kapton薄膜的疲劳强度线性降低。
The relationships between temperature and the mechanical property and fatigue strength of kapton film were studied. Results showed that the yield/tensile strength of kapton film decreased with increasing temperature and the effect of temperature on tensile strength seemed more significant. The elasticity modulus of kapton film increased with increasing temperature. The higher the temperature, the smaller was the effect of temperature on elasticity modulus. The ductility of katon film decreased with increasing temperature at temperature above 20℃. The ductility of kapton film has no change with its increase at temperature below 20℃. With the increase of temperature, the fatigue strength of kapton film decreased.
