应用Pd/CeO_2-ZrO_2-MnO_x储氧材料降低卷烟烟气中CO的研究

摘要 采用浸渍法制备Pd/CeO_2-ZrO_2-MnOx储氧材料催化剂,并运用扫描电镜和热重-差热技术对催化剂进行表征。考察了Pd/CeO_2-ZrO_2-MnO_x催化剂中MnO_x含量、催化剂用量以及催化剂添加位置对卷烟主流烟气中CO去除率的影响,并且初步探究了Pd/CeO_2-ZrO_2-MnO_x催化剂降低CO的催化机理。结果表明:(1)随着MnOx含量的增加,催化剂降低CO的能力逐步增加,最佳量为15%(wt,质量分数,下同);(2)催化剂用量对降低CO没有明显的影响,最终确定催化剂用量为30mg;(3)将1%Pd/CeO_2-ZrO_2(摩尔比1∶1)-MnOx(15%)的催化剂添加到烟支前端,CO的去除率最好,可以达到29.62%。 Pd/CeO2-ZrO2-MnOx oxygewstorage material catalysts were prepared by impregnation method. The cata lysts were characterized by SEM and TG-DSC. The effects of MnOx content in catalysts, the quantity and the added location of Pd/CeO2-ZrO2-MnOx catalysts on the removal efficiency of carbon monoxide in cigarette mainstream smoke were investi- gated. And the catalytic mechanism for carbon monoxide degradation by catalyst was researched. The results showed that: (1) the ability to reduce carbon oxide increased with increasing MnO, content, the optimum amount was 15 wt % ; (2) There was no significant effect on reducing carbon monoxide with the catalyst amount, the optimum amount was 30mg; (3) when l wt% Pd/CeO2-ZrO2 (molar ratio 1:1) MnOx (15wt%) were added to cigarette end, the removal efficiency of carbon mon- oxide was the best,and it was 29.62%.
