玻璃纤维用魔芋葡甘露聚糖改性玉米淀粉浸润成膜剂

摘要 以玉米淀粉为原料,添加魔芋葡甘露聚糖对其共混改性,制得改性淀粉型浸润成膜剂。研究了魔芋葡甘露聚糖含量对乳液、薄膜和浸润纱线性能的影响。当魔芋葡甘露聚糖含量为8%时,改性成膜剂性能最佳,黏度为35.69MPa·s,表面张力为51.84mN/m,成膜剂能够有效地吸附和铺展在玻璃纤维表面,薄膜更加致密;改性成膜剂浸润后的纱线力学强度最佳,拉伸断裂强度为0.44N/tex,硬挺度为5.07cm,综合性能优异。 KGM modified corn starch was prepared and applied as film-forming agent in glass fibre sizing. The effect of KGM on the starch based emulsion,film and sized glass fibre was studied. When 8% of KGM was added,the overall per- formance of modified film-forming agent was the best. The viscosity, surface tension and contact angle of film-forming agent were 35.69MPa. s, 51.84mN/m, respectively. The modified film-forming agent could splice and spread on the surface of glass fiber effectively. Compared with the pristine starch film,the film formed by the modified starch was denser. The glass fiber sized by the modified film-forming agent containing 8% of KGM had the best mechanical property. The tensile strength reached to 0.44N/rex and the stiffness was 5.07cm. The overall performance of the obtained glass fiber yarn was excellent.
