暖通空调领域同程系统动态水力特性及案例分析 被引量:2

Study on Reverse Return System Dynamic Hydraulic Characteristics in HVAC Field Based on Case Analysis

摘要 充分考虑到暖通空调领域同程系统支路流体流动方向的不确定性,本文建立了1种实用的同程系统管网动态水力特性的数学模型,并基于实际工程资料,模拟分析了同程系统在应用过程中存在的问题。研究结果表明:同程系统的最不利环路位于系统的中间支路,中间支路流量存在流速过慢、停止,甚至逆向流动的现象,系统可调性较差。建议引入动态水力特性的计算方法,用于解决同程系统的水力失调问题。 After fluid flow direction indeterminacy for reverse return system branches in the field of heating ventilation air conditioning( HVAC) was taken into full consideration, a practical mathematical model was constructed for dynamic hydraulic characteristics of reverse return system pipe networks. Moreover,based on practical engineering data,problems that existed during the reverse return system application were simulated and analyzed. The corresponding research results indicated that index circuit of the reverse return system was mounted at the middle branch of this system. Furthermore,middle branch flows were featured with phenomena such as excessively slow flow,flow stop and even reverse flow. As a consequence,such a system had a poor adjustability.Considering this,a computing method for dynamic hydraulic characteristics was suggested to be introduced so as to solve hydraulic disorders of the reverse return system.
