耦合太阳能热源的相变蓄能板蓄放热性能研究 被引量:3

Study on Thermal Performance of Phase Change Energy Storage Plate Coupled with Solar Thermal Energy

摘要 搭建了2个实验房,针对太阳能集热器连接实验房中的蓄能板的蓄热性能进行研究。采用静态和动态2种方法对相变材料蓄热量进行计算,对蓄能板的热流密度和实验房温度进行测试与分析。研究结果表明:静态和动态蓄热量的计算误差为4.09%;蓄能板与对比板热流密度平均值差值30.77 W/m^2,蓄能板具有较好的蓄热能力;相变实验房内温度与对比实验房内温度相比最大衰减时间为120 min,最大平均温度差为4.33℃。 In this paper,two experimental rooms were set up to study the thermal storage performance of the energy storage plate connected to the solar energy collector. The heat storage capacity of the phase-change material was calculated by static and dynamic means,and the heat flux and the temperature of the experimental room were tested and analyzed. The research results showed that the calculation error of the static and dynamic heat storage was 4. 09%; the difference of mean heat flux of the energy storage plate and the contrast plate was 30. 77 W/m^2,indicating that the energy storage plate has better heat storage capacity; compared with the temperature in the contrast lab,the temperature in the phase-change lab can reach a maximum decay time of 120 min,and the maximum average temperature difference is 4. 33 ℃.
